Holy Cow! No wonder so many people had mysterious illnesses then. Lead poisoning anyone!? Yipes!
I hear the Orientals used pigeon droppings for that 'lovely' white look. Ewwww .... :o) ♥ ∞
Eizabeth 1 was a fan of the old lead make up, for that ghastly white visage. More reasons to get rid of the Royal family on the grounds of insanity.
Colorful shaped sticker to cover up blemishes....wait til today's teens rediscover that one! ;)
Pigeon droppings or lead...ick. I'll stick to powdered sugar.
Yikes, lead?!
You look quite lovely with your facial cut-outs lol....thanks for always giving me something to laugh about each morning :)
Ick...sounds like an early version of Noxema!
Like you have a marred complexion, you gorgeous postcard chick you!
How ironic, Widget just got splatted in the face with two eggs on Wow Wow Wubbzy. It's hilarious! ...guess you had to be here.
Fascinating stuff ... love your patches!

Beaten egg whites do indeed make a great facial - an age old beauty secret so to speak. Those beauty patches look great on you Marie - where can I get some? I could use a little sunshine on my cheeks right about now with winter on its way.
Cool. You look like a sixties Love Child.
we used to try egg yolks on our hair when i was young...and sleep with the goo all night (head on a towel.) you certainly don't need this stuff for your lovely compexion. hugs.
Marie, what won't we do for the sake of beauty? Mercury, unbelievable.
Lead & mercury...
I think the 17th people still no idea that such mass usage of those material would harmed them.
Those 17th century folks - It's a wonder anyone survived to further the human population! I wouldn't even put just the egg on my face, unless by accident - much less mix it with lead and mercury!
Now that pigeon dropping thing of Sparky's...hmmm....that might work...
I think the shapes are adorable! Blemishes be damned.
Funny, and Marie is lovely...
That's just nuts!!!! Nice touch with your face full of shapes, tee hee:)
